Bookings for air tickets can be made online at www.1time.co.za or through our call centre on 0861 345 345. Tickets may also be booked directly from the ticket sales counter at the airports.

When passengers are booking less than 4 day's in advance, only credit card payment is acceptable or cash at the airport. No cash deposit's or internet transfers are acceptable.

Ticketless!

1time has its own check-in counters where you will be met by our friendly and professional ground crew.You only need proof of identity and your unique booking reference number in order to check in for your flight. It couldn't be any easier!
Check In

Check in closes 30 minutes prior to departure. Boarding closes 20 minutes prior to departure.

eCheck-In

Avoid the last minute rush at the check-in desks. eCheck-in allows passengers to check in for their flights within 24hrs of scheduled departure time. The service applies a cut-off 3 hours before scheduled departure. eCheck-in allows passengers to choose their seats before arriving at the airport. eCheck-in is available subject to the following terms: eCheck-in is only available to passengers travelling without checked-in baggage i.e. travelling with hand luggage only. Customers with infants or who require assistance must check-in at the airport and cannot make use of eCheck-in. Seat selection may need to be changed for operational reasons. Boarding passes must be collected 30 minutes prior to departure to avoid being offloaded. Boarding passes must be collected from the designated eCheck-in collection desk at the respective airport. Passengers returning on the same day are able to check-in for both flights at once. Please bring a printed copy of your eCheck-in confirmation to the collection counter.

Baggage

Cabin baggage is limited to one small piece per passenger, weighing a maximum of 5kg. You may not carry any sharp instruments, for example nails scissors, clippers or knives in your hand luggage. Items such as these must be in your checked in baggage. Baggage liability is limited to US$20 per kilogram of checked baggage. No liability will be accepted for valuable, fragile or perishable items in your checked baggage. This includes cash, cards, cheques, jewellery, documents, cameras, laptops and cell phones.

We do not accept any firearms for travel.

We do not accept pets as baggage and pets may not travel in the cabin of the aircraft. Guide dogs are allowed to travel in the cabin of the aircraft provided that prior arrangements have been made.

We run a colouring in competition especially for the young ones. Winners receive a gift hamper, which includes the issue of our in-flight magazine that features a copy of their work of art, delivered directly to their door.

Birth certificate, clinic card or a medical aid card is acceptable for identification for infants and children under the age of 16.
